9:54 AM 		I Met Ms. Farmer in october at a title company. I found her to be friendly and helpful and most importantly very professional. I am a loan officer and Ms. Farmer was kind enough to meet myself and my clients at a title office to conduct the closing. it is not often that clients insist upon me meeting with them for a closing but this client did and was very nervious. Ms Farmer understood and explain the documents and put the client at ease. I would use Ms. Farmer at ever given chance I have and would feel confitdent to sugguest you also contact her for your closings.
